Slimming recipe: Carrot and apple detox smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (one person):
• 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1 apple, peeled
• 1 glass of fresh water
• 1 spoonful of ground ginger
Steps:
1) Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
