Longchamp, Sisley and H&M ‘It Girls’ for SS 2014
updated the 7 October 2015 à 00:03What do Alexa Chung, Miranda Kerr and Julia Restoin Roitfeld have in common? They’re all the new ambassadors for Spring/Summer 2014 campaigns of various brands.
Feb/March period is the time when the sales end and all brands gradually reveal their Spring/Summer collections – and their new muses .
The brands are many and so are the faces – so here at Marie France we selected the three faces of the season: Alexa Chung, Julia Restoin Roitfeld and Miranda Kerr.
Unstoppable: Internationally recognized icon, model and fashion journalist, Alexa Chung recently released her first book. This season, after Agatha and Maje, it is a French brand’s turn to bank on the British it-girl‘s success.
Indeed, Longchamp has chosen Alexa as a muse for the 20th year anniversary of their iconic foldable Le Pilage tote. Seduction and relaxation are the keywords of this campaign which was shot this fall in Saint-Tropez.
Alexa Chung replaces Kate Moss and Coco Rochas.
Meanwhile, Julia Restoin Roitfeld , daughter of former editor of Vogue Paris Carine Roitfeld, embodies the new face of the Italian brand Sisley.
For this new campaign – along with top model Lindsey Wixson – they play young glamorous women, spied on by the media.
For Sisley, Julia is successor to models Georgia May Jagger and Milla Jovovich.
And finally, it’s official: It is via Twitter that the Swedish giant H&M announced last week its collaboration with Australian top model Miranda Kerr for its Spring/Summer 2014 collection (available from early March).
This is the second budget beauty brand for this beauty – after her collaboration with the Spanish brand Mango in the previous season.
