Whether you’d like fresh flowers delivered to your doorstep every week or month, it certainly looks like floral subscriptions are touted to be a blooming trend this 2018.

The newest blooming trend to watch this 2018? Floral subscriptions.

Though we have to admit: when we first heard of monthly or weekly floral subscriptions, our initial thought was, “why?”

After all, we get the occasional need for flowers. That special Mothers’ Day bouquet or a romantic, larger-than-life arrangement from your partner on Valentine’s Day. But why would the average person need a bi-monthly, monthly or even weekly floral subscription?

That’s where we were pleasantly surprised.

For anyone who’s forgotten an important date (i.e. wedding anniversary or your s/o’s birthday), these subscription service proves especially handy. Floral Atelier even has a package to address this dilemma. Called the ‘Forget Me Not’ subscription, customers get to specify the important dates they’d like to arrange a bouquet for, and voila! They’re sorted for the year – or years – to come. Pretty neat, no?

More than just being a nifty answer to forgotten anniversaries, the impact flowers have on your emotional, mental and even physical well-being cannot be understated. New mothers have profusely vouched by floral subscription services for making their postpartum days a little brighter – and we can see why.

Starting from SGD60 a bouquet, they’re an indulgence that’s still somewhat kind to your pocket. If you’re looking for florists in Singapore who create some pretty wicked bouquets that we’d readily subscribe for, check out our gallery above!
