Have you ever fantasized about being part of the famous Kardashian family? Well, here is a taste of it…
Kim K’s got it all – a famous TV show, a killer (recent) fashion sense and a beautiful baby girl. And now, the successful business woman has landed herself an iPhone/Android app deal with Glu Mobile Inc – which is set to earn $200 million.
But why would it be so popular? We had to test it for ourselves…
First, let’s get it out of the way: it is quite fun! Playing the “Kim Kardashian: Hollywood” game (for the sake of research of course), we discovered its addictive nature… it is one of those games where you tell yourself you’ll only spend 10 minutes playing, but 2 hours later your eyes are still glued to the screen. Simple, who wouldn’t want to e-live the most famous celebrity’s life for a few hours? Just perhaps don’t overdo it.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star announced the launch of her game on instagram – along with a short sneak peak video. The game allows you to customise your own celebrity, from choosing their hairstyle to their makeup and outfits. Throughout the game, you get to attend glamorous events, fly to exotic places, join in on photo shoots and fall in love… all in an attempt to gain fame and followers. Along the way, your celebrity becomes friends with Kim as she gives you fashion advice, styles you for shoots and hangs out with you at A-list events.
With the updated downloadable version, you can now travel to Punta Cana, Mexico for beach photo shoots, new quests and new places to date.
A new guilty pleasure? Perhaps just a little.
