And it’s true – spending some quality, me-time on your own can be incredibly healthy for you. And yes, this also means doing activities beyond the comforts of your own home… solo.

However, even if you love your independence or pride yourself on being a self-sufficient lady, there are some things that you just don’t want to do by yourself. After all, most of us might be too embarrassed to be caught doing them alone.

Remember that music gig or art exhibition you really wanted to see but nobody was free, so you skipped out on one of your favourite bands? Yep, we’ve all been there.

Doing stuff alone can often be a little bit daunting. However, you have two choices when faced with the decision. Do you skip out on something you really want to do, just because no one else feels like joining?
