PCLO Cafe
Located on a Taman Bukit Pantai hill slope behind a Modvier boutique, PCLO Cafe is one of the most concealed cafes Bangsar has ever seen. It is most famous for its perfectly fried churros, so do be sure to order some if you ever come by. Parking may be a challenge, due to the limited space available in this small site of land, but the cafe truly acts as a place of respite away from the crowds.

RGB & The Bean Hive
We've featured this little cafe in a previous article as one of our top vegetarian picks, but turns out it's one of those places where you can escape from the city noise as well. It's actually situated in a residential bungalow, so don't expect to be able to tell it's actually an eatery at first sight! Come here for your all-in-one fix - mains, coffee and even dessert!

Monkey Garage
Customers of the Regal Valley Auto Specialist Centre should be familiar with this cosy little gastropub located next door from the garage. It's interesting how the owner has chosen a location such as this to set up a cafe, but it's certainly not a bad choice to attract lovers of cars and coffee, while their cars are being serviced just a few metres away. The food here is indulgent but extremely satisfying, and we assure you that you'll be leaving a very happy girl.

Pronounced 'drink', this quaint little space is a collaboration between owner Jeremy Chin, Nala Design and Studio Bikin, explaining why the shop sells many little trinkets that are beautifully designed. It may look like a boutique from the front, but you'll have to venture further in to spot the cafe teeming with delights for you to savour. The decor of the place is also ever-changing to reflect the owner's artistic flair, so you'll have something different to look at each time you come here for a soothing cup of house blend.

This is THE hidden gem of Petaling Street. Extremely indie, complete with 3D coffee art, a chalkboard wall and no music playing in the background at all, the unusual vibes that are given off by this cafe is definitely something you need to experience for yourself. Coffee Amo is a cafe that's perfect for customers to unwind in within the city centre itself.
