Combine more than one for greater efficiency:

Peppermint herbal tea / Melissa

The first acts on the  smooth muscles of the digestive system to soothe them while the second lowers our stomach’s production of acid. Perfect to calm nausea! Mix one teaspoon of each herb and let infuse for 10 minutes in 1L of water. Then place in a well-sealed thermos and drink throughout the day.

A mixture of essential oils

The essential oil of cloves is known for its antiviral properties. It works on many infectious agents, including norovirus, causing most gastrointestinal problems. The essential oil of cardamom has an antispasmodic effect. An ideal combination to stop the diarrhea. Take a drop of each oil with sugar or neutral tablet 3-6 times a day.
