Been working too hard? Time to get the reward you so deserve.

If you haven’t had a single opportunity to break away from the office for months, you probably need a change of scenery and definitely a recharge of your batteries. Have you ever considered the benefits of introducing relaxing spa treatments to your hectic lifestyle? We don’t just mean any old spa getaway, of course. You’re going to want to indulge in something just a little more spectacular and luxurious than the usual. And if your hubby wants to tag along too, that’s just the icing on the cake.

So where exactly will you find the best spa package in Singapore? Well, kiss your work stresses goodbye and surround yourself with the lush tropical flora, hushed peacefulness and comforting scents that the world’s largest Sofitel So SPA provides.

Located in none other than the extravagant Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, this relaxing spa will dish out some luxurious therapies and treatments to make you feel like you’re on cloud nine. With customised programmes incorporating French cosmetology with a touch of local influences to bring about a theme of “East meets West”, you will not find a better place to rejuvenate your tired body. To cap it all of, with any one-hour treatment at this relaxing spa, you will enjoy complimentary access to many of the outdoor facilities.

Take Your Indulgence Outdoors

You will be whisked away to another realm entirely when you enter the lush outdoor gardens to enjoy the detoxifying volcanic mud pool and soak yourself into a state of bliss under a cascading waterfall in the self-indulgent float pool. Ladies, are you interested in your very own private pool? Then you’ll love the fact that there is a women-only section, which gives you access to a float pool that is just perfect for hen’s parties.

A Friendly Spa for Couples

Can’t leave your lover at home? The So SPA provides several outdoor pavilions where professional masseuses will help you and your beau unwind in the middle of abundant greenery. A special 4-course package designed just for couples, aptly called the “So In Love” Couple Treatment Package, lavishes the both of you with two and a half hours of tension easing scrubs, deep tissue massages and an intimate soak in the couple suite’s private bath. Oh, and let’s not forget the complimentary champagne and canapés right at the end, to be enjoyed while exploring the extensive outdoor garden.

Get a Taste of the Spa Treatments

The So SPA treatment menu is large, but we’d like to give you the gist of some special offerings – here are our favourites:

Cinderella Facial (60 minutes, SGD220++) – Getting ready for a ball? This customised facial begins with a thorough skin assessment, followed by a full facial with lifting and firming techniques. A serum from Swisscode Pure Dynalift is then used to promote firmer and more youthful looking skin that lasts for up to 5 hours. Plenty of time to maintain your fabulous look at that fancy party.

Five Elements Ritual (2 hour 30 minutes, SGD350++) – Tradition meets modernity. By combining the 5 Chinese elements – Water, Fire, Earth, Wood, Metal – with contemporary spa therapies, this programme revives your body with hydrotherapy, a body clay wrap session, and a heated bamboo massage.

The Sentosa Massage (60 minutes, SGD180++ / 90 minutes SGD240++) – This restorative massage incorporates signature eastern and western techniques that stimulate energy pathways and recharge overworked muscles to relax the mind and rejuvenate the body. Don’t leave the island without trying the Sentosa Massage!

Healthy Eating at The Garden

All rested up and ready to grab a bite to eat? Head over to The Garden, a cosy conscious-dining restaurant that adjoins the spa in a lovely little conservation building.

Wholesome, contemporary cuisine is something of a speciality of The Garden. If you need to know exactly what you’re putting in your body, their high nutrition menu features handy calorie count stats alongside each item. After a long day curing your body of the stresses of life, of course you will want to reward it with fresh ingredients and health-conscious taste sensations.

A highlight of the restaurant’s offerings is their customised Salad Construction, where you can pick out your ingredients and dressing from an extensive list. The Wasabi Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass is also a must-try!

For reservations or enquiries, please call (65) 6708 8310 or email [email protected]. Make a booking today to see why The Garden has been ranked as one of the top 10 restaurants on Sentosa Island by TripAdvisor!
