Okay, technically, this isn’t a cheese fondue place. Sitting along the many shophouses of Joo Chiat Road, Braseiro offers up a scrumptious Latin American feast. The steaks are the key dishes here at this two-story restaurant, but the Fondue de Camembert is something that might pique a cheese lover's interest. More reminiscent of raclette than actual fondue, but definitely not lacking in taste, this is a must-have for anyone looking to indulge in a simple yet cheesy dish, especially if you find fondue to be a bit too much.

This has become a well-known creation for Häagen-Dazs with its white pot and matching plateware, filled with rich chocolate for you to dip in.
