How to deep clean my skin without scrubbing?
updated the 24 June 2015 à 10:41If your skin is sensitive and cannot take scrubs – try these tips on how to deep cleanse your skin in the gentlest way possible.

“To deep clean the most sensitive skin, you can make a steam facial with 1 drop of essential oil of sage, thyme or rosemary (they have antiseptic and purifying properties) plus 1 drop of lavender essential oil (calming and soothing). If your skin is prone to redness, add to the mix a drop of Helichrysum essential oil.
Just after the steam facial – and without drying the skin – apply a cleansing mask or just a soft mask with kaolin for 3-5 minutes. Rinse, spray a floral water and while the skin is still wet skin, apply a moisturizing and nourishing mask until completely absorbed. Once this step is completed, rinse and place serum and cream duo on your face.
Masks have an softening effect. Apply one every day, even for just 5 minutes as they remove dead skin cells and keep the skin luminous.”
