How to hydrate my body well?

Are you always in a hurry after the shower, and no time to always apply cream? Here are a few alternative ways to hydrate your body – hassle-free!

Another possibility for the very dry skin, is to hydrate from the inside: Try taking omega 3, 6 and 9 which are found in oily fish and cod liver oil or borage capsules.

A quick tip: If you are a fan of body oils, you can also brush over quickly before going in the shower. The oil then forms a protective barrier against the aggressions of limestone which dries the skin, and it is a much faster process as it is done before showering.
