The case has been won because as far as lipsticks are concerned, dark red hues will emerge triumphant. You could wear a dark wine shade in a matte effect like Katy Perry or glossy like Lily Collins, either way, the look is terribly sexy and sassy. And for a touch of Hollywood glamour - gone slightly wild - a nice carmine red lipstick will do just the trick.
