Do you believe in hypnosis? It can help you fight against several troubles; in particular, bellyache.

Emma, 31.

“One year ago, for no obvious reason, I developed a violent social phobia connected to poor self-image, physique and morale: I was convinced I was hideous, terrorised by the opinions of others. I hid myself away at home, incapable of going out or going to work. About 10 sessions of hypnosis, I was able ‘to expel’ headaches, gastric pains, nausea and acne problems.

Painful experiences emerged that have been buried in my unconscious: my parents’ divorce, the absence of my father, over-dependence on my mother and favouritsm. When I was a baby, I almost died, after which I became my parents’ favourite. But I felt guilty towards my brothers and sisters. Hating myself was my way of coping. I moved, returned to work, took more autonomy and found serenity within my family. I want to savour life now!”
