Whether you’re looking to create the absolute definition of cat-eyes, grungy, slept-in lids or a bold streak of colour, there’s an eyeliner out there that’ll deliver the deed and do the task to appropriate perfection. However, finding a good liner pal, that will stick with you throughout the day’s events is akin to finding a soul mate – difficult but sheer joy when you lay hands on one.
Since a good liner look is absolutely imperative for us, it’s almost a never-ending cycle of testing, especially when a whole slew of liners get churned out ever so frequently, from liquid to gel to felt, there is no clear end.
