How does it work? Available in one universal shade, the All-in-one Instablur is made up of a combination of mattifying powder particles and Vitamin E cream. The product blurs skin imperfections such as veins, blemishes, redness and discolouration so your selfies have no need for filters. The product promises 5-actions that work immediately to provide you with the perfect selfie in just one snap: 12hour shine control, pore smoothing, blemish hiding, complexion unifying and make-up extending. You can use the product two ways- to blur imperfections and mattify the skin for the perfect no-makeup look or you can use it after your skincare routine before you put on your makeup to create the perfect long-lasting base. All you need to do is apply small dabs of the Instablur all over your face and then gently blend it in using your tips of your fingers in a circular motion.

Our verdict: As I have some redness and discolouration in my skin, and blemishes from time-to-time this product did wonders for me. Instantly after application, the imperfections of my skin were barely visible. As a victim of dry skin, I wasn’t sure how I felt about the mattifying element because I love a dewy, radiant complexion. However, the product did not over-mattify- my skin still gave off a natural healthy glow- which I adore. So, if you’re like me and love taking selfies but always spend too much time editing away blemishes and choosing the right filter- then I recommend you give the All-in-one Instablur a try- you can thank me later!
