Our Verdict
Ever since I’ve been using a new cleanser, the need to moisturise my face seemed to have diminished. So, needless to say, Hada Labo Premium Hydrating Lotion didn’t vehemently appeal to me at first. But, boy, how mistaken I was.
It took me a mere few drops to realise the true magic of this moisturizer. The lotion was of a clear, slightly viscous consistency and lacked any distinctive fragrance. I rubbed it onto my face and a cooling sensation instantly greeted my skin, along with a buttery smooth texture. My skin instantly absorbed the product, but just enough such that it left a sheer residue on my skin, giving me a soft dewy luminance. As insane as this sounds, I could feel the intense hydration reaching deep into my skin, and not just coating the surface.
Despite being enclosed in an air-conditioned room the whole day, my skin retained its suppleness and moisture. Not once, did it feel remotely dry or oily. Surprisingly, my face even seemed to be less greasy than usual.
Out of all the facial moisturisers I’ve tried, I can safely say that Hada Labo’s Super Hyaluronic Acid Premium Hydrating Lotion is definitely among the top few ones on my list.
