How to achieve ombre and tie dye lips?

We’re taking advantage of the holiday to go crazy with our makeup looks – which means ombré and tie dye lips! French brand, Nocibé has the secrets for optimal results… follow these easy steps.

1 PREPARE THE LIPS

To maintain perfect colour throughout the day, apply the lip base with the retractable lip brush.

2 DRAW THE MOUTH

Use the lip liner to contour and line your mouth. Start from the inside of your lips and work your way outwards. Use the lip brush to blend the liner to make it less harsh. 

3 COLOUR THE LIPS

We chose a couple of lipstick shades that coincide with the classic red.

Use the lightest colour in the centre of the lips first, then apply the darker lipstick in the outer corners of the mouth. Then use the lip brush to blur obvious lines.

4 MAKE A GRADIENT

Again, we chose two shades of Ombré lips which can be blended seamlessly.

The darker colour goes on the outside of the mouth, while the lighter colour goes in the centre. Use the retractable lip brush and blend to perfection.

Don’t be afraid to use the Chameleon top coat, a product that uses the reflections of light to create holographic effects and changing lip colours.
