Beauty Review: Decleor Hydra Floral Multi Protection Moisturising Cream

updated the 6 June 2014 à 22:50

If your skin is constantly on the drier side of things then here’s an indulgent moisturising cream that you should include in your regime.

Never quite saw the need for moisturising until after spending a month in Toronto and recently London as my usually normal to combination skin type was on the verge of becoming full blown dry and flaky. So my immediate solution was to reach out to this little product promising to reduce inflammation and promote hydration in a luxurious and comfortable manner.

The cream is a potent mixture of hydrating ingredients – Codium and Wild Pansy extracts – and micro proteins from Moringa Oleifera to protect the skin from environmental pollutants. Coupled with the infused Neroli essential oil, the skin is able to bask in a calming and soothing embrace, one that you would become addicted to.

Generally recommended for dry to normal or combination skin type, all you need is a pea-sized amount of the opaque, velvety cream. I adored the slight lingering floral scent, as it was an apt reminder of a relaxing and heavenly spa treatment that I’m always craving for. Free of preservatives and colourants, the product may also be ideal for those with sensitive skin. Although it would be worth clarifying if you are allergic to any of the ingredients as well before purchase.

After using this religiously in London (day and night) and when I was back in Asia, flaky skin was positively and instead I could marvel at my now incredibly soft and moisturised skin. This has definitely earned its right as my go-to indulgent moisturiser for now!

Decleor Hydra Floral Moisturising Cream, approx. USD65 is available at Decleor outlets
