Move over eyebrow pencils, we’ve got a new favorite way to fill in our brows.

Here’s the latest beauty treatment for fuller looking brows

Are you tired of constantly filling in your brows daily with either a brow pencil or brow gel? Eyebrows are an important feature as they help to frame your face and you do not want to step out of the house with uneven brows, let alone sparse brows with gaps.

The solution to this beauty woe is simple – eyebrow extensions. You would have heard of lash extensions and this beauty treatment works along the same concept. It involves the gentle placement of hair fibers onto a desired eyebrow shape.

The process of eyebrow extension begins with your brow technician applying tiny synthetic hair pieces (dipped in cosmetic grade skin glue) onto a carved brow shape. The process can take up to three hours in order to get the shape and fullness just right, as per the client’s preference.

These extensions can last for up to three weeks and can be done by anyone. This includes cases of over-tweezed brows, adding definition to full brows, filling in gaps or even achieving a desired shape However  you need to be careful when cleansing and sleeping to avoid breaking the glue residue down. In other words, no rubbing, scrubbing or scratching action is allowed near the eyebrow region. A typical session ranges from SGD100 onwards and we think it is a pretty neat idea if you are looking to save some time by skipping the brow routine every morning.

If stars like Hilary Duff, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato are hopping onto the treatment, it is about time that we gave ourselves some fuller brows too.
