Celebrities boast the power of makeup with their before & after selfies

Never thought that makeup could change your entire image? Well, check out these celebrity selfies to see the unbelievable before and after looks.
We all know that a little bit of makeup can do wonders – literally – however the question remains, what exactly can a touch of mascara and red lipstick really do? #IWokeUpLikeThis may have been the hottest hashtag in 2014 but #GlamJan is set to be the next big Instagram sensation. Max Factor, an American cosmetics company is celebrating beauty transformations by encouraging people to post a makeup-free selfie side-by-side an all dolled up, makeup shot.
Celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Coco Rocha and Dutch model, Rianne Ten Haken have already contributed to the fun campaign, which is part of the brand’s 80th anniversary celebrations. This campaign features Marilyn Monroe, who was actually a Max Factor client back in the 1940s – using products such as eyeliners and lipsticks to create her signature retro look.
To participate in the campaign, post your own before-and-after selfies to Instagram with the hashtag #GlamJan. If you’re one of Max Factor’s favourites, the brand will repost the picture too!
