The Oscar-winning actress, Helen Mirren shows us exactly how timeless her beauty is with her new teaser film for L’Oreal.
Once news broke that Helen Mirren will be fronting the ‘Perfect Age’ line for L’Oreal Paris, the beauty industry exploded with congratulatory shouts as she joined the ranks of more ageless beauties like Jessica Lange and Charlotte Rampling. And since then, we’ve been waiting with bated breath to see how Mirren will charm the world with her ravishing looks. Well, the wait is over, now we finally have a glimpse of what the renowned icon has been up to with L’Oreal.
Decked in a black couture gown and leather jacket, the British Oscar-winning actress looked beyond resplendent as she posed ever so effortlessly in an upcoming campaign for the Perfect Age series. “There comes that lovely feeling of irreverence, the freedom to be outrageous and the freedom to be kind of bold, in your choices,” says Mirren in the teaser video below.
Judging by how both the fashion and beauty industry are embracing older, more sophisticated personalities as the face of their campaigns, we’re definitely heading in the right direction in redefining beauty standards – as long as this does not simply become a passing fad.
