Pretty in Blue: Collection Blue Rhythm De Chanel

Chanel is seeing blue this summer so get ready to paint your nails and eyes in the electric notes of the colour.
It’s the colour of midnight, the colour of the ocean and now it’s the theme colour of Chanel’s new makeup collection, Blue Rhythm. Although it veers from the classic Chanel tones of black, white, beige, gold and red, blue is still within the same lines as the previous collection and reminiscent of a sultry summer night.
Blue Rhythm is a collection composed in a crescendo by the Chanel Makeup Creation Studio. Blue may be one of the more difficult colours to pull off but Chanel has got it right with their varying shades of the popular colour. Take your lashes to new heights with the Le Volume Ultra Noir De Chanel mascara in midnight blue or turquoise with a fine silver glitter pigment. Or amp up your va va voom factor with the jazzy eye quartet eye shadow in shades of midnight blues and smoky grays. Moving on, paint your nails with the bright and bold hues for a fun, sleek look. Finish it off with a the only lip product in the collection: a clear gloss with a mirror like shine that contains Vitamin E and pink peppercorn to stimulate circulation.
Where other cosmetic brands will be coming out with bright, summery colours, Chanel has bucked the trend and given us something different to look forward to.
The Chanel Blue Rhythm collection will be available from 16 July at all Chanel outlets and retails from SGD38 onwards.
