First Look: Olivia Palermo x Ciaté’s makeup collection is polished perfection

Olivia Palermo’s collaboration with Ciaté London is as luxurious as you would expect.
When Olivia Palermo announced her debut collaboration with Ciaté, it came without question that we were positively excited to see her spin on polishes. Fast forward to August 14th and we are all ready to witness yet another launch from Olivia Palermo and the British nail polish brand. What started out as a simple nail collection with three beautiful summer-inspired shades has now expanded into a luxurious 11-piece Fall collection.
This time we can expect two new nail polish shades – ‘Napa Valley’ and ‘New England Fall’. ‘Napa Valley’ is a rich red shade while ‘New England Fall’ is perfect for those who love deep blues. Both these hues boast of the ‘mesh lock technology’ which helps in prolonging colour-wear, strengthening nails and providing that famous glossy finish.
Along with the new shades of polishes, we’re also excited to get our hands on the impeccable looking cosmetics. The range of cosmetics for the Fall 2015 collection includes four ‘satin kiss’ lipsticks (with a semi matte finish), a smokey eye palette featuring Olivia’s personal favourite hues, two gel kohl eyeliners and two blush-bronzer compacts (also known as the ‘cheekbone cheat’).
Olivia serves as the brand’s guest creative director and has been actively involved in the entire design process. She describes her collection as “wearable for every skin type and could nicely transition from day into evening.”
Also, we cannot take our eyes off the exquisite packaging that these products are housed in, which sees a variety of different textures such as leather, gold detailing as well as stingray coming together to create a rather unique design. Perfection? We definitely think so.
The highly anticipated Fall 2015 Ciaté London x Olivia Palermo collection will be sold at selected Sephora outlets globally. We can only hope that this collection makes its way to our shores too!
