The next stop for cult beauty brand Byredo is Singapore and we could not be more excited to get our hands on this luxurious fragrance line.

It is time to add another cult member into Escentials’ growing tree of contemporary beauty brands from around the world. This time the new spot belongs to cult Swedish fragrance house, Byredo. This Stockholm-based brand was created in 2006 and features a range of products from unisex cult perfumes to body care, home fragrances and accessories.

The creator, Ben Gorham has managed to upkeep the minimalist vibe in his products. This is credited to factors such as ethnic influences from his Indian background blended with a clean Scandinavian aesthetic and not forgetting strong ties to art, lifestyle and the creative industry. It’s no wonder then why people are drawn to the aesthetics of his products even after 9 years.

Asia is the next stop for Gorham and he is excited to be launching his brand at Escentials. When quizzed about what he thought of his products being made available in Singapore, he said “Singapore was a natural choice because of the city’s dynamic mix of consumers. Singaporeans are a well-travelled group and have a discerning taste towards fragrances.” We couldn’t agree more.
