It may be your big day, but be prepared to share the spotlight with your bridesmaids if they happen to be a famous celebrity!
There are two kinds of people in this world – those who love to hog the limelight 24/7 and those who are content to share their 15 minutes with others. If you’re a bride-to-be who has asked your celebrity best friend to be on bridesmaid duty at your wedding, well, you better belong to the latter category!
It’s no secret that celebrities are constantly in the spotlight, whether they’re out and about promoting their latest film or just hopping round the corner for breakfast in their sweatpants.
So when a celebrity plays bridesmaid at your wedding, be prepared to share some of the limelight with them – as was the case recently when Sofia Vergara wasn’t in character and was on bridesmaid’s duty at her friend’s wedding.
The Modern Family bombshell stunned onlookers in a buttercream yellow dress and even shared a picture of herself enjoying some wedding cake at the reception, writing “It’s bad luck if you don’t eat wedding cake.”
We’re sure Sofia and her newlywed friend had a terrific time but the Hot Pursuit actress is not the only celebrity to step into the role of bridesmaid this season as plenty of other famous faces donning bridesmaid’s gowns in our gallery will prove.
