Jun Ji-hyun steals the show at Baek Sang Arts Awards in Seoul

Decked in a stunning pink Oscar de la Renta gown, the South Korean TV star wins in awards – as well as the style stakes.
After being single-handedly responsible for the selling out of THAT YSL coral lipstick shade, South Korean actress Jun Ji-hyun wins for her role in hit South Korean TV series “My Love from the Star” at Baek Sang Arts Awards which took place in Seoul this week.
But that’s not all.
The star who plays Gianna Jun in the series, also stole the spotlight in her pale pink dress which looked elegant and oh-so-pretty.
Held on 27 May 2014 at the hall of peace in Kyung Hee University in Seoul, these were the 50th Baek Sang Art Awards which celebrate and honour the outstanding achievements in the South Korean television, film and theatre.
For the occasion, Jun Ji-hyun dressed up in an A-line strapless pink dress which attracted much attention – for all the good reasons. The luxurious embroidered mermaid dress from Oscar de la Renta ‘s Spring/Summer 2014 collection impressed the audience as well as sent the local media in frenzy.
We love how elegant and pretty the actress looked in her custom-made version of the dress which could cost up to USD25,000 and ensures it is a one of its kind in the world.
After winning the best actress award for her role in the hit series, the beauty said ‘My Love from the Star ‘ will be loved beyond Korea to the Asian countries’. she also gave special thanks to the staff and director of the TV show.
Sooo.. pretty. I am a big fan of her. Really prettier than that dress. I heard that she also living in thrify life when she takes her personal holiday, she always takes economy class! :^) good personality!
