Dr. Alain Khaiat shares his wealth of knowledge in using Aléqua SLIMFIT™ Water Gels to achieve a well-sculpted and moisturised body.

MFA: How should women prep their skin before applying the products?
Dr. Alain Khaiat: There isn’t any specific prep step: just a shower!
MFA: If someone has undergone rapid weight loss, would these products be effective in firming up loose skin?
Dr. Alain Khaiat: They are better designed to be used when you are doing a diet and exercising to lose weight. Using them in conjunction will help in shaping the body at the same time. MFA: How can women maintain their body shape after using the products?

MFA: Is it necessary to continue the use of Alequa SlimFit gel after achieving the desired look?
Dr. Alain Khaiat: Yes, it is better to continue. Our skin and our body has a tendency to return to its shape once we stop.
MFA: Do the products carry any potential side effects?
Dr. Alain Khaiat: No, the products have been evaluated and are safe when used as directed.
MFA: What else can women do to keep cellulite at bay?
Dr. Alain Khaiat: Cellulite is an accumulation of fat into nodules. These nodules are perceptible under the skin and give the skin an orange peel look. This means a healthy diet, lots of fresh fruits and fresh veggies, drinking enough water, doing some exercise and taking care of your skin.
