All foodies take note as Singapore’s gourmet festival, Savour 2015, will return with more than 50 signature dishes that will have you drooling.

All foodies take note – Singapore’s gourmet festival SAVOUR will return this March, from the 26 to 29 at the F1 Pit Building.

This annual food fair which unites the best in food and drink is the only one of its kind in Singapore. Over 18,000 people gathered at the SAVOUR alfresco event last year to enjoy the Michelin star and award winning cuisine from Singapore and around the world.

This year, there are over 50 signature dishes to tantalise your tastebuds.

To commemorate the SG50, SAVOUR has a exciting line up of foreign and local chefs like Andre Chiang (Restaurant Andre, Singapore), Daniel Ballis (Moosehead Kitchen Bar, Singapore ),  2 Michelin-star chef Daniel Clifford (Midsummer House, UK) and 3 Michelin-star chef Alvin Leung (Bo Innovation, Hong Kong).

Those who like a live-demonstration will be delighted to know that there will also be free celebrity master chef classes and workshops to be held at the venue. While wine lovers can expect a bigger and better wine selection with over 150 wine labels and more than 85 labels of sake. Wine and sake appreciation classes will also be held during the festival.

Foodies should make a beeline for the Gourmet Market for a plethora of products that have never been seen in Singapore. Look out for star items such as the Japanese White Strawberries, a full range oyster bar with 20 different oysters from over 8 countries, a cheese room with specialities like truffle cheese, choice cuts of meat that you can have cooked a la minute and more!
