Citibank’s 12-month line up of 12 visiting chefs continues this month with Australian Chef Luke Burgess of Garagistes pairing his culinary talents with Chef Knudsen of Opus and Chef Jacquet of BoCHINche.

Love fine dining and exquisite cuisine? Well here’s some news to lighten up your Monday: Citibank’s $100Gourmet 12 month long programme is still going strong and continues this month with visiting Australian Chef Luke Burgess of Garagistes teaming up with Chef Rene Knudsen of Opus and Chef Diego Jacquet of Bochine for a value-for-money culinary experience at their respective restaurants.

His collaboration with Chef Knudsen at Opus will see Chef Burgess bring his light, elegant and multi-influenced approach to Opus’s exciting theatre grill at the Hilton Singapore. Expect to tuck in to prime cuts aged in a customised Himalayan Salt Tile Cabinet and seared over specially imported Australian charcoal to bring about intense flavour and tenderness in the steak.

If that doesn’t sound tantalizing enough, Chef Burgess’s second collaboration with Argentinean Chef Diego Jacquet is sure to get your mouth watering. Working on their philosophy for premium and sustainable ingredients, the duo will be featuring premium, grass-fed beef from the plains of Argentina, expertly and beautifully grilled at BoCHINche. With stints at various fine-dining establishments including El Bulli, Chef Jacquet intends to showcase Argentinean food culture and spirit with his carefully selected menu and gourmet shop. Diners are sure to be in for a treat when these two culinary talents collide!
