Why: Experience bespoke Lebanese mixology at its best! Jad Ballout, an award-winning Bartender from World renowned bar, Central Station in Beirut, will be taking over the Origin Bar at the Shangri La, for an exclusive guest shift from the 26 to 28 June, 7pm to 11pm.

The Pilot Project

Why: Head on over to the The Pilot Project, a three-day pop-up event featuring up-and-coming local brands by founders-under-35. Browse through products by Our Bralette Club, SOAMI, and The Sustainability Project while munching on delicious treats by Udders Ice Cream, Creme Maison Bakery, and Rickshaw Coffee. Also pop by the free yoga session by Yoga Movement as well as the Pop Up Cinema with Funzing Singapore while you’re at it!

Yoga Fiesta

Why: The very first yoga fusion fiesta in Singapore, yoga instructors, trainers, and favorite Yoga brands will be coming together on Sentosa island to celebrate International Yoga Day! The Program includes Doga (yoga with dogs), Yogalates (a fusion of Eastern yoga and Western pilates), and silent yoga. Sake Festival

Why: Did you know that the world’s sake sommelier of this year is an Indian man from Singapore? Well, you can also polish up your sake drinking skills at the upcoming Sake Festival, which will offer neary 450 kinds of Japanese alcoholic drinks from 42 different sake breweries from all over Japan. Try drinks only offered exclusively at this event, including seasonal sakes, sochu, umeshu, and other fruit liquors. If you’re not into alcohol, fret not! This event also offers guests the opportunity to purchase traditional Japanese homeware and tableware.

MASH-UP & Friends Day Out

Why: As part of Gillman Barracks Art Day Out and D/SINI's festival's third wave, MASH-UP will be filling Nenas Estate, our favorite eclectic pavilion, with a pop up shop featuring some of Singapore's quirkiest creative collectives. Ink & Cut

Why: Ink & Cut returns for the 2nd year with a pop-up event featuring barbershop and tattoo studio pop-up stores. You can get mystery tattoos (yes, that’s a thing!) by Traditions Tattoo Collective as well as hair tattoos by The Golden Rule Barber Co. Rising female tattoo artists Lee Wai Leng and Lin YuShan will be at the event offering these 6cm x 6cm mystery tattoos to shoppers who spend a minimum of S$50 (maximum of two same-day receipts). Read! Fest

Why: This year’s Read! Fest’s theme is “The Pursuit of Happiness”, and we’re sure that it will live up to its name! The event is jam-packed with literary pop-activities, art installations by local artists, and film screenings, as well as keynote lectures, workshops and masterclasses with overseas authors Robert Twigger, Dr Zurinah Hassan, Cai Jun and Indra Soundarrajan. Find your happiness with a new book!

Ce La Vi
When: 14 June to 15 July 2018

Why: Guests will be able to watch all 64 World Cup matches on a 65-inch television at Ce La Vi's outdoor members’ area at the usual entry fee of SGD20!
Its alfresco Club Lounge area will open from 6pm till late, and guests can order bites from their casual menu all the way till 3am on select days! When reserving a table with viewing access to the match, guests can also request the World Cup viewing area when booking. More information here.
