From its elegant interior to its food, two Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant Odette at the National Gallery Singapore is a masterpiece. Helmed by chef-owner Julien Royer of JAAN fame, the restaurant, which is named in tribute to Royer’s grandmother, serves modern French cuisine with an emphasis on seasonality, terroir, and artisanal produce. Singaporean artist Dawn Ng provides the creative direction for the dreamlike art found in the restaurant, which features deconstructed images of Royer’s most precious raw ingredients. Odette was also ranked ninth on this year's list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants.

Janice Wong Singapore
Acclaimed Singaporean pastry chef Janice Wong’s eponymous restaurant Janice Wong Singapore at the National Museum of Singapore offers a menu of savoury modern Chinese food dishes conceptualised in collaboration with dim sum expert chef Ma Jian Jun that are no less pretty than her famous desserts. Fans of her award-winning creations will not be disappointed, as the ten of her signature desserts are available at the restaurant. There is also a retail section where Wong’s confectioneries such as chocolate bon bons and chocolate paint are for sale.
