The Singapore-based label did itself proud with a new twist on their signature relaxed style. Here’s what we loved.

The mood was definitely serious at the SATURDAY show on the 2rd day of Audi Fashion Festival.

Models came down the runway with dishevelled hair and minimal makeup. It had a certain air of rock and roll, an almost devil may care attitude.

It was in the clothes too, easy and light, they caress the body. Sensuous without being overtly sexual. Attention to  details has always been a hallmark for Singapore-based label SATURDAY – from the draped keyhole at the back of dresses to the vest details on their rompers. For autumn winter 14/15, SATURDAY continued in their exploration with textures, contrasting a wet leather looking fabric with metallic knits.

This season also shows the label exploring  with woven fabrics and creating looks with separate pieces. Serious though the clothes may be, it has not lost any of its sensibilities. If rock stars party all day and night, these are definitely clothes that transcend from day to night effortlessly.
