By visiting the country that never ceases to amaze with their glorious sunsets and vivid blue skies, Bimba Y Lola’s latest collection is impeccably Grecian.
How many of us have dreamed of a luxurious trip to Greece? It is after all a stunning locale with azure-blue skies, dotted with the facade of white-washed buildings – a place where you’ll want to bask in its glory all day.
With that much beauty, it’s no wonder Bimba Y Lola used the country as the inspiration of their Spring/ Summer 2016 collection. By taking elements from both ancient and cosmopolitan Greece, the range is a brilliant medley of colours, Greek prints and silhouettes like wide-leg pants, flowy dresses and jumpsuits. The colour palette itself varies from pure white inspired by the Santorini steps to the charming blue of the region’s skies and earthy shades of brown, grey and russet.
We love how the entire range is exceptionally wearable and could essentially be worn dressed up or down. Without going onto the literal vein, the Grecian theme itself was impeccably interpreted. And it’s safe to say that with these pieces in our wardrobe, we probably wouldn’t have to head down to Greece anytime soon either.
