Filled with bold leather jackets, grungy paisley bandanas and exquisite shearling coats, Stuart Vevers continues to conjure up brilliant and ineffably cool collections.

By now it’s evident that the decision to bring on Stuart Vevers as Coach’s Creative Director was a faultless and wise one. From one collection to the other, he has not only managed to inject an ineffably youthful tone but has meticulously balanced that with a good dose of finesse – making the label cool for all ages.

The Fall/ Winter 2015 collection is no different. Although it does swing right across from the pastel kids of last season to the biker jacket-wearing rebels, the essential free spirited and adventurous aesthetics stayed a constant. Featuring a ton of outerwear, including leather jackets, coats and fleeces, clearly the Coach girl will still be reveling in a slew of exploits across the American plains, with paisley bandanas gracing their necks.

However, noting that what’s underneath all that shearling is still of utmost importance, Vevers delivered a string of grungy A-line dresses and pleated skirts to complete their sartorial wardrobe. By exploring the delicate tension between toughness and subtle fragility, the Coach FW15 collection will no doubt be gathering a gang of supporters who’re proud purveyors of its fearless attitude.

So as long as Vevers continues down the bold and somewhat quirky lane, the all American brand is set to dominate closets in due time.

As for us, just hand over one of those pinned up leather jackets and we’ll be hitting up bars in true Fonzie style.
