Baby blue, pink and silver are colours we don’t usually see in one outfit, but Ulyana Sergeenko’s Fall 2015 Couture collection proves the combo is just as sophisticated when paired with a tough beauty look. The Russian-inspired show even had some oriental vibes that resonated with our Asian culture, thanks to the use of opulent prints and dramatic silhouettes.
For our take on the look, we decided on a fitted wrap dress in a silky embossed print like the one seen on the runway. A shorter length and long sleeves lend a more professional, grown-up-girl flair despite the flirty colour. A complimentary pastel pink clutch holds just the right number of necessities for an evening out, with easy metallic heels that are fit for a night of partying. Finish the look off with a blood-red lip and heavily lined eyes for the perfect lived-in Russian doll look.
