Seeing that this week we’re all about embracing some kitschy and tongue-in-cheek slogan accessories, we figured why not extend that to our clothes as well? If you grew up in the 90s then this will definitely bring back some fond converse-chucks-wearing memories.
We suggest keeping it relatively casual this weekend with s slouchy but nonetheless statement-making tee – especially if you’re hitting up Fashion Steps Out on Orchard Road or grabbing a bite at the World Street Food Congress. Pair it with a medium-wash ripped denim jeans, and the trusty ol’ high top sneakers. After all, you’re going to want to give your feet a breather from all the heels at work.
Instead of the beanie though – let’s face it we’re not 15 anymore – go with a sleek black hat from River Island and complete the look with a snazzy pair of cat-eye sunglasses and an equally edgy ear cuff. Keep your makeup neutral or experiment with bold eyeshadow and you’ll be all set to re-live those fun 90s years in the modern times of course.
