Whether it be subtle kitten heels or killer stilettos, the season of spring brings the new trend of sharp-toed shoes to you.
On the catwalk of the Spring/ Summer 2016 Dior show – the last for Raf Simons, to our dismay – we spotted the ultimate objects of desire: pointy patent leather heels. Since then, the serial shopper souls within us have made them an obsession. Have you got what it takes to rock pointed-toe footwear?
We were overjoyed to discover that this trend, initiated by the great designers for the season of spring, was quick to inspire other (more affordable) brands and shoe retailers. If you had to buy a pair of heels this season, it absolutely needs to be ones with pointed toes.
Visually, the tip lengthens your feet and, by extension, your legs. This optical effect works even better when you don a skirt. You can be sure to garner inspiration from the sharp and trendy models who rocked them during the Dior show.
