Drizzly Days: How to dress when the weather gets wet and grey?
updated the 11 November 2015 à 03:10Don’t let the rainy days drag you down into a style slump!
Rainy days are easily one of the biggest bummers to wake up to. The high possibility of wet shoes and socks are enough to make us want to quit the day and stay in bed.
As we near the end of the year, we are faced with the inevitable year-end monsoon season. While it does sound bleak, every fashion-forward style maven will take this opportunity to rise to the occasion and switch up her daily outfits.
The absence of the changing seasons already limits our fashion repertoire. Us tropic-dwellers can only imagine an elegant fall wardrobe of trench coats and boots. So don’t waste a rainy day by not incorporating some fall-inspired pieces into your outfits.
Other than waterproof coats and footwear, switch up your bottoms as well. The humidity worsens when it starts to drizzle, so let your legs breath in leggings rather than trousers or jeans.
Don’t forget to grab a pretty and colourful brolly and you’ll be ready for the weather while looking your sharpest.
