How to style your sleeveless jackets and vests?

We offer you some friendly fashion advice on how to style those tricky sleeveless top layers.
Many of us might think a sleeveless jacket or vest is too hard to match with other clothing. Like regular overcoats, there is always the length to consider, as well as the material - do you want something heavy and stiff, or something light and easy to manage?
For some, the idea of wearing a sleeveless jacket or vest may be superfluous. Why wear something that is meant to keep you warm but lacks arm sleeves? We’re here to tell you that there is nothing wrong with sleeveless top layers, because they look amazing paired with the right dress or blouse.
HOW TO STYLE A SLEEVELESS JACKET OR VEST
With a long sleeveless dress – Wear something that reaches past the knee, but also with a somewhat plunging neckline. Pair with a long sleeveless jacket that is a single block colour, with a thick collar to boot, just to draw some attention to that exposed neck.
With a mini dress - Short dresses that fall above the knee can look great paired with a long flowing vest, perhaps because it gives the illusion of a cape. Accessorise with a pair of knee-high boots to make a statement.
With a tank top and short shorts - Add a pair of sunglasses, a hat, and some sneakers to embrace a more youthful appearance to your sleeveless look.
With long trousers and a tucked-in blouse - A more formal style can be achieved when you adopt this combination with a stiff jacket. If you worry about looking stocky, a pair of heels or platform shoes will give you additional height.
