Cocktail recipe: Flamingo glasses
updated the 13 June 2014 à 22:26A grapefruit-based dessert-cocktail that will surprise many… in a good way of course!
Preparation time: 20 minutes, Cooking time: 25 minutes – Rest time: 2:00
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
6 Grapefruits
2 Pomegranates
8g agar agar (2 tsp.)
Method:
1. Squeeze the juice of 4 Florida grapefruits and pomegranates. You need to get around 500ml of juice.
2. Heat half the juice and add the agar agar.Stir well with a whisk and pour into a bowl. Add the remaining juice and leave at room temperature.
3. Take the pulp of the two Florida grapefruit and pomegranate seeds.
4. Place them in the bottom of glasses and pour the agar and juice mix. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
