Pan pacific pays homage to European cooking traditions by introducing an affordable and authentic German dinner.

Pan Pacific Marketplace introduced a hearty German dinner of handcrafted sausages and other German favourites fit for a king. The sumptuous meal consists of three tapas and mains and is by no means a light affair – we recommend arriving to dinner hungry and ready to eat plenty of delectable meat-heavy dishes.

Before the meal, one can start with some traditional Liverwurst, served in tiny jam jars that resembles a swirled yoghurt concoction. The lightly sweetened liverwurst is also garnished with tiny Cornichons, making it slightly tangy. It is best had spread on toasted sourdough slices.

The rest of the dishes are served buffet style and if you’re looking to get your money’s worth and have the stomach to eat a little bit of everything then you can go for the English Bangers and Mash, made with juicy ground pork with breadcrumbs, served with English mustard and country gravy. Followed by Phyllo-wrapped Pork Bockwurst Sausage Roll – smoked pork sausage with just the right amount of fragrant apple and thyme chutney highlights. Have a taste of Pork Bratwurst Pot Pie – with generous servings of pork bratwurst and creamy vegetables, Lastly the Würstelplatte which is a plate of four German sausage favourites – Pork Bratwurst, Veal Bratwurst, Münchner Weissewürste and Nürnberger – served with German potatoes, Mesclun salad and toasted rye bread is a true sausage treat.

Maintaining its standard of high-quality food, the sausages are all prime selections, expertly handcrafted by Pan Pacific Singapore’s Master Butchers and are the result of authentic recipes, developed by a line of German artisans.

Time to satiate your sausage cravings.

Pacific Marketplace is located at level 1 of Pan Pacific Hotel, 7 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039595 and the German Dinner is available daily from 5pm to 10pm and is priced between $12 and $24
