Nursing that Saturday morning hangover just got a lot tastier.

The traditional hangover brunch might be a gloriously greasy British fry-up, but if you’re looking for something a little less conventional, hear us out.

Fat Prince, the trendy cafe, bar, and kebab joint located in Peck Seah Street has just unveiled its new Prince’s Hangover Brunch special. Incidentally, this will be the very first free-flow kebab menu in Singapore – and about time too!

Available every Saturday between 11.30 am to 3 pm, the scrumptious two-hour brunch special promises infinite kebabs, a complimentary brunch item, and free-flow Prima Donna cocktails to ease you into the weekend and out of that champagne-induced morning hangover.

Trust us when we say it’s a spread worth leaving the duvet for. The kebabs are freshly prepared with a variety of five indulgent kebab fillings: there’s the Grilled Halloumi Cheese with Smashed Avocado, Spiced Macadamia, and Pomegranate Molasses, Charred Pork Belly with Smoked Potato Puree, Apple, Mint, and Raisins.

And here’s something equally neat: the free-flow Prima Donna, which is the no doubt the standout drink on Fat Prince’s new cocktail menu, actually comes served in porcelain teapots and dainty ceramic cups – the perfect disguise for a spot of day drinking. The Prima Donna is a concoction of Gin, Chardonnay, Green Chartreuse, Hazelnut Liqueur, Rosehip Tagine and Cranberry Bitters, but if that’s not your cup of tea, don’t hesitate in ordering a glass of vino (red, white, or rosé).

The kebab is a universal hangover cure, so we’re only surprised we haven’t taken to wolfing them down to tide over the weekend hangover sooner. See what you can expect from the brunch above!

The Prince’s Hangover Brunch (SGD108++) is available every Saturday from 11.30 am to 3 pm. The two-hour brunch special will accept last seating at 1 pm, wrap up their free-flow at 3 pm.

Fat Prince is located at 48 Peck Seah Street Singapore 079317.
