Feasts of the Ocean: What to look out for at the upcoming Singapore Restaurant Week?

It’s time to dive below sea level and see what some of the island state’s top restaurants whip up.

Have you gotten your seafood fix yet? Whether you have or haven’t, reserve some space in your hungry bellies for sumptuous sea-meals that are coming your way at the next 12th Singapore Restaurant Week!

Indulge in your favourite treasures of the sea and seafood dishes starting as low as SGD28++ for a 3-course lunch. Featuring both classic and contemporary skills by the chefs, this year’s edition emphasises onunique menus that highlight flavours, techniques and of course, seafood as the key ingredient.

New participating restaurants include Fort by Maison Ikkoku, Il lido at Sofitel Sentosa, El Tardeo, Forest, Sushi Meida, Kaiserhaus, Osteria Art, Dehesa, Alati, Si Chuan Do Hua and Portico Prime, while old-time favourites still include Sky On 57, Long Chim, Adrift, Garibaldi, Absinthe, The Song of India, Stellar at 1-Altitude, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, Bacchanalia, Gunthers, OSO, Senso, Ristorante, Zafferano, OCF, ETNA Italian Restaurant and Salt Grill & Sky Bar.

Participating restaurants will offer exclusive three-course menus for both lunch (SGD28++) and dinner (SGD38++) and Dining City Star-Awarded restaurants will have their set menus going at SGD 40++ for lunch and SGD58++ for dinner.

The 12th edition of Singapore Restaurant Week will be held from 19 – 26 March and booking starts online at www.restaurantweek.sg from 29 February.
