Lime’s stunning “Tiers of Joy” Afternoon Tea menu will tickle your taste buds

Let’s face it, everyone and their best friend has a true weakness for Instagram-worthy, multi-tiered high tea sets. We totally do! Which is why we’re quite excited to share that PARKROYAL on Pickering’s modern and spacious Lime restaurant has refreshed their Afternoon Tea concept by bringing diners everything they have ever dreamed of to impress their palate (and their social media followers): a sumptuous new menu featuring 3 tiers of intricately crafted sweet and savoury treats – with a bit of a local twist.

Aptly named the “Tiers of Joy” Afternoon Tea, you can expect savoury delights like the ingeniously put-together Expression of Nasi Lemak (trust us, it tastes like the real deal), bite-sized Ayam Percik Shepard’s Pie, and the moist, flavourful Peking Duck Duxelles encased in Profiterole.

For anyone with a sweet tooth, the dessert tier will keep you reaching for more with Pastry Chef Candy Lu’s decadent creations like the tropical-inspired Passionfruit Meringue Tart, smooth and silky Coconut Pandan Mousse, and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate masterpieces, our favourite being the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cup with Gianduja Chantilly.

Available daily from 3pm to 6pm, Lime’s “Tiers of Joy” Afternoon Tea is an experience to remember, so grab a friend or work colleague and bask in the bright airiness of the restaurant as you sip on a relaxing cup of coffee/tea and delight your taste buds.
