Made by passionate and high-profile brewmasters, La Socarrada is a beer that will strike you as something wholly different that what you’re typically used to.

La Socarrada could not have chosen a better venue to present its one of a kind beer, than Cosentino Singapore‘s new showroom – the space which is dedicated to architects and designers throughout Asia for their upcoming projects.

As for the Spanish beer, it’s not quite like other beers that you may be used to. Whether you are a beer connoisseur or a beginner, its flavours and tastes will nonetheless strike you. From the very first sip, you will feel the artisanal nature of this unique beer. From Valencia, in Spain, it follows the traditional process of brewing and makes use of high-quality products with no additives. This authentic beer is akin to the original German beers but with a intoxicating Spanish twist. You will recognize the Mediterranean accents of La Socarrada terroir, especially the rosemary and honey flavours and the amber colour itself brings a warm note to this otherwise fresh drink.

Pleasant and easy to drink, La Socarrada’s bitterness is not strong and allows for some great food combinations – Chinese, French or Italian – and whether it’s a casual or sophisticated dinner, you will be surprised at how this beer can enhance your dishes. If you are in Singapore, we would recommend to get a taste with Italian chef, Alessandro Laconi‘s special beef tenderloin marinated in La Socarada with black pepper sauce in bruschetta.

Salud!
