Asahi Beer battered Fish recipe

Serves 2 | Takes 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Salt & Pepper
4 Raw fish fillets
180g Prima Tempura batter mix
260ml Asahi beer
Tartar sauce
Method:
1) Season the raw fish fillets with salt and pepper.
2) Cover them evenly with tempura flour and set aside.
3) Combine the tempura flour and Asahi beer in a mixing bowl.
4) Dip the fish fillets into the batter.
5) Then drop them one at a time into hot oil and deep fry them till brown.
6) Serve with tartar sauce! Enjoy!
