As an ode to classic French cuisine, Executive chef Nicolas Reynard features some fine dishes such as a pan-fried foie gras, figs and warm artichoke blinis, as well as a Mediterranean specialty with a roasted rack of lamb, petit farcis with ratatouille vegetables and rosemary juice. Lastly, indulge in a marriage of chocolate and strawberry dessert, named “Rose et Noir”.

In the intimacy of the 40-seat restaurant, JAAN offers an exceptional 8 course degustation menu (SGD 698++ per couple) available on February 13^th and 14^th.
The team has whipped up an elegant menu using exclusively noble products. And what can be more authentic than a hand-picked scallop “mille-feuilles” or a line-caught John Dory.
To complete the fantastic dinner, splurge on the creative desserts comprising a lychee pre-dessert, an 'irresistible chocolate' and some Douceurs: a strawberry candy floss, smoked rosemary lollipop, cannelé Bordelais and cep macaron.
Some bubbly will perfectly complement this dinner and two glasses of Krug Grand Cuvée are included in the menu after all.
