Hop into the festivities at Lime Restaurant on Sunday, April 5 and celebrate Easter with a Sunday Brunch egg-travaganza. Egg-lovers will find it hard to resist the Homemade Scotch Eggs with Black Truffle Hollandaise and Egg Cocotte with Lobster Bolognese. In addition to the Sunday Brunch mainstays such as Honey-Glazed Gammon Ham and US Prime Ribs, chefs will also be serving up Rosti Potato with Balik Smoked Salmon and Trout Caviar, and Pan fried Foie Gras with Crispy Pancetta at the open kitchens on demand for guests. Brunch is priced from SGD108 for adults and SGD54 for children.
