5 Chocolate Recipes: Chocolate Cigar, Peanut Ice Cream and Blue Belle Potatoes

Ever heard of infusing potatoes into your dessert? Try this pallette-thrilling recipe, which combines chocolate, peanuts and potatoes for all-in-one unique dessert experience!

BlueBelle Chocolate

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

For the chocolate cylinder:

– 40% Milk Chocolate Baking Cocoa (and brand)

Vanilla Chantilly:

– 200g cream

– 60g sugar

– 1 vanilla pod

Blue Belle Potatoes with Peanut Ice Cream:

– 75ml custard

– Blue Belle Potatoes –  120 g cooked in their skins

– 70g caramelized peanuts

– 25g glucose atomized

– 4g stabilizer

Method:

Chocolate Cylinder:

Crystallize milk chocolate 40% cocoa and plastic cover sheet and roll into a cylinder 16 cm long and 2 cm in diameter.

Vanilla Chantilly:

Mix the cream with the sugar and scraped vanilla, then fill the tube.

Blue Belle Potatoes with Peanut Ice Cream:

Heat the custard with glucose and stabilizer , add peeled and cut Blue Belle , peanuts, bring to a 85 ° C , mix and churn .

Dress the dish up to suit your preference and serve cold.
