As 2014 comes to an end, it’s time to go all out, host a ladies night and have these easy-to-make cocktails on the menu.

We’re on the last leg of 2014 and boy did the year whizz by us in record speed but there’s no time to wind down just yet. If our guesses are correct, you’re either busy planning details for the dinner party you’re hosting, scouring for last-minute gifts (and don’t forget wrapping) or looking up online for a quick getaway to ring in the New Year in another locale.

In our books however, we suggest taking a breather and giving 2014 the last hurrah it deserves with a festive party right at home with chill music and refreshing cocktails to end your year with a bang.

A party is hardly complete without the necessary drink menu though so unless you’re planning BYOB, we’ve lined up some snazzy cocktails, courtesy of Cointreau, that your guests will lap up without complaint. Conjured up by bartenders, Bannie Kang (Nutmeg & Clove) and Kino Soh (Hopscotch Bar), we’ve got two cocktails here, which require minimal cocktail-making skills and can be whipped up in minutes. And if you’re yearning to add more options, then look to the slew of classic Cointreau drinks that are just as easy – if not easier – to shake or stir up.

With these cocktails on the menu, we doubt you’ll be needing anything else for the night – except for a comfy bed to crash on later, so be sure to pre-fluff those pillows.
